Lillian is a single mother of two. She worked as a cook for a foreigner's family for several months before losing the job when the family moved home. She nearly lost the room she rents in a slum near Kampala before she learned how to make jewelry for Tuli. Now, she uses her income to pay rent and feed her children, but she hopes to one day save enough money to buy her own land. 

Lillian's dream is to own a house with a backyard big enough to grow food in. She loves to garden.
